First American Numismatics New Price List offers two extremely rare 1878-S Seated Liberty Halves

The latest 66-page monthly price list from Robert Hughes’ First
American Numismatics features numerous important rarities, including
many of the finest known examples. Prices range from under $100 to over
$100,000.
Highlights include a 1787 New Jersey Small Planchet PCGS MS-63 for
$15,500, 1856 Flying Eagle Cent PCGS VF-20 for $10,250, 1873 Indian Head
Cent Double Liberty NGC MS-64 BN for $22,500, and one of the finest
known 1915-D Lincoln Cents PCGS MS-66 RD for $17,500. A strong Buffalo
Nickel group includes one of the finest known 1913 Type 2 NGC PR-68 for
$16,500, one of the finest known 1917-D PCGS MS-66 for $17,500, and
1918-D PCGS MS-66 for $14,000. Starring in the Dime offerings are 1807
NGC MS-65 at $29,500 and 1916-D PCGS MS-64 FB at $31,500. The extensive
listing of Standing Liberty Quarters features a quartet of the key 1916,
headed up by NGC MS-66 at $46,000.
First American Numismatics offers serious collectors two extremely
rare 1878-S Seated Liberty Halves: NGC MS-65 for $155,000 and PCGS MS-63
(ex-Eliasberg) for $105,000. Included amongst the extensive group of
over 100 Walking Liberty Half dollars are: 1919-D NGC Ms-64 for $32,000,
1921-S NGC MS-65 for $77,500, and one of the finest known 1936-D PCGS
MS-67 for $8,750. There are 15 pages of silver dollars, featuring
important offerings in the early issues: 1795 Bust Dollar 3 Leaves PCGS
MS-62 for $95,000 and 1797 10x6 Stars NGC AU-58 for $25,000; 1852
Liberty Seated PCGS AU-50 for $32,500 and 1867 PCGS PR-64 for $49,500.
Desirable Morgan Dollars include 1889-CC NGC MS-63 for $33,000, 1895-O
PCGS MS-63 for $49,500, and 1896 NGC PR-68 CAM for $26,000.
In over 11 pages of U.S. gold coins, standouts are: one of the finest
known 1858-D $1 NGC MS-63 at $21,500, 1821 $2 ½ PCGS MS-62 at $39,500,
1855-C $2 ½ NGC MS-61 at $25,000, 1854-D $3 NGC AU-55 at $39,500,
uniquely the finest known 1900 $5 PCGS MS-67 at $19,750, one of the
finest known 1859-O $10 NGC AU-58 at $32,500, 1930-S $10 NGC MS-64 at
$43,500, 1860-O $20 PCGS AU-53 at $46,000, and one of the finest known
1879-S PCGS MS-63 at $51,500.
There is an impressive offering of over 100 classic commemoratives
including these among the finest known: Iowa NGC MS-68 for $1,500, 1921
Pilgrim NGC MS-67 for $4,750, and 1938-D Texas PCGS MS-67 for $1,100.
The price list is rounded out by a nice group of Patterns, highlighted
by two silver dollar denominations struck in aluminum: 1863 J-347 PCGS
PR-64 for $26,500 and 1871 J-1150 NGC PR-64 for $19,500.
