Payment Methods
PayPal Preferred. PayPal, Money Orders, Cashier's Check, Personal Check, Visa/MasterCard. Credit cards are accepted via PayPal. This portion of your transaction is secured by PayPal, thereby guaranteeing your credit card's safety. We do not store your credit card in our store. Checks must clear before shipment. Please allow 10 business days for our bank to clear your personal checks. A $35.00 fee will be charged for all returned checks.

We ship to the US and Canada only.

Return Policy
Your complete satisfaction is guaranteed. All coins and bullion must be returned to CoinResource within 10 days of the orders ship date (7-days of receipt). When the exact item is received back without damage, in original packaging, and without tampering a refund will be issued within 5 business days. Coins are not sold "on approval" basis.

Sales Tax
No sales tax charged on shipments outside the State of Texas. We are collect sales tax of 8.25% on sales items shipped to Texas (unless the buyer has a valid tax-exempt resale number or the purchase total is $1000 or more).

For QUICK delivery
- Use Official USPS (Post Office) Money Orders. These can be purchased up to $700 each.
- Use PayPal. We reserve the right to not deliver rare coins to a shipping address not confirmed by PayPal.

Delivery of Items
All coins are subject to prior sale. Prices and availability subject to change at any time. Occasionally a coin will go out of stock due to our multiple sales channels. We will inform you of your choice to substitute a coin, or receive a refund in any case noted above. Items are delivered as quickly as possible; however, we do have to occasionally order from wholesalers, adding to our delivery time. Average shipment times are 7-10 days. Bullion orders may take more days to arrive from our mint, typically 10-14 days. Please email if you have questions before posting feedback. Buyer Responsibility
Buyer assumes responsibility for all packages sent by CoinResource whether or not insurance is requested; this includes losses due to lost mail, mail stolen in transit, damaged mail, damaged product caused by the USPS, and any missing items. Buyer assumes ownership upon shipment, not upon receipt. Shipping and insurance fees are refunded at our discretion, buyer is responsible for the fees.

Grading of Coins
We value our reputation online and will make sure you are happy! However, CoinResource is not a grading service. All coins and bullion are sold "as is." We buy coins from a number of dealers and wholesalers and make no guarantee as to the grade that may be applied to a coin, since others may be providing this information to us. We represent coins via photos or descriptions as best as possible. Your guarantee is our return policy. We want you to be happy and have a generous return policy to ensure you get the quality of coin you desire.
